First point is to determine the devices Inbound and Outbound ports.
To know them, just go to Start Menu -> Configurations -> BT SerialPortSetup and write down your ports.
Menus might differ depending on mobile models.
Now you must configure the game (in this example, TapzMania). Just go to the options menu -> bluetooth
and set the correct ports found in the first section.
Once configured the first mobile, you must configure the second one using the same steps shown here. You won't have to configure the game again until you reinstall it.
To start a game any time, it's a lot easier to pair the devices using the phone start menu before entering the game. This is a good time to do so :)
Just head to Start menu,Settings, Bluetooth, enter the Menu and choose Bonded Devices. Select the device you want to bond to, (or New if it's not in the list) and it should be done!
Once configured both mobiles, one player must choose to start the game "AS MASTER" and the other one "AS SLAVE" in the multiplayer/2P menu.
A new menu should appear for the MASTER, once choosen the level the game should start on both devices!
